Need help on amazon review site

I build a high quality review site having five products of 1000 words review and homepage has compare table with 1500 words article which described about the keywords. I completed the site fully. Now I need help how to make BL for this site.

Can I go with this link building?

Tier 1

Write 10*500 words article and post it high PR web 2.0 blogs and get 10 links.

Write 10*500 Words unique article and post it PBN blogs

Tier 2

All the 20 links will be used by GSA verified links of 60k

I made a study of two amazon review sites below is the result.

One site getting traffic ~ 15k. It has BL from web 2.0 blog networks.
One site getting traffic ~2.5. It is having BL from PBN


So i decided to go with web 2.0, only I need to spend my money on quality articles. Now i need to know how much $ an amazon review site can make which is getting traffic ~ 2.5k. Any person who is making money from amazon review pls help me , how much I can spend on BL to make my site ranking in SERP.

Till now I have spent 90$ to build my site and 40$ in web 2.0.

Planning to buy links from T2 links for my web 2.0 - 30 to 40$
Planning to buy blog contextual blog comments 20 to 40$

For web 2.0 for T2 what type of link service I can go. Will I buy GSA or public Blog network posting?. Both type of links are temporary any time it will get washed away. Is there any T2 links will stick for longs time and give juice to my T1 LINKS?

Today I found one more that make me afraid what google wants from SEO side. The site which was having 15k traffic has links from web 2.0 Blog network. From the same network there are 5 more sites out of that only this site is not lost the traffic all other site lost the traffic to zero. What I mean to say same link profile but lost the traffic.
 
Am planning to buy 5 links ranging from PR 5 to 7 sidebar homepage links . Which is best homepage blogroll link or sidebar homepage links?
 
Don't know how SEO works. Today i found one site it was ranking well in SERP and I verified the BL profile ~ 60% of the links was from porn network. But the same site owner has one blog it has more than 300 quality articles well written and that blogs has few BL and it has having only 300 hits per month but the product site has more the 5k hits per month and it was not hit by panda update also because of bad BL profile. Pls provide some input on this type of ranking.

Also any who is having exp in Amazon review sites "Need to know how many months amazon review sites will bring traffic". Why i am asking this question, i also noted lot good review was washed away even it has good BL provide and unique content. So i think google has fixed some value, we can get constant traffic after it will get penalizes.

I want to learn myself this time but i need some tips and help. Also pls PM some site you have done SEO for amazon review sites which is ranking in SERP currently.
 
Build links mixing all the available strategies like 1) your site <-pbn-<web.20-<gsa 2) your site-<web.20-<gsa 3) (Guest blogging ,some directory , press release etc .) <-GSA

Diversified links always work for me. Web 2.0's, social bookmarks, social signals, article directories, web directories, press releases make up my link profile. I let all these links get indexed for about about a month. If keyword research was done right, my site would probably be in the second to third page for my main keywords. I then reinforce the diversified links with PBN's. They usually do the trick.

I don't have the capital to purchase the tools needed to set up my own campaign (GSA, captcha, proxies, etc) so I outsource all my SEO to the BST's here. If you don't have the capital like me, I recommend to try out the services in the BST here. I just make sure that the campaigns are good. Check the reviews and the OP's comments so you can gauge how he/she provides the service. Again just make sure to read the reviews.
 
I did some niche relevant comments and high PR web 2.0 links. Need some input from other how many day will take to see serp improvements.
