Need Help on Adsense

Google can deny your application if it has the following problems,
1. Site should not be related to niches such as gambling, get rich, adult, pics based site, MFA(made for Adsense).
2. It should contain a Privacy Policy, Contact us and Disclaimer(optional).
3. Too many External links pointing to other websites can also result in denying your application.
4. If your from asia, you need to wait atleast few weeks before submitting your application, it differs for Western Countries.

My niche is on finance. it has the needed pages. I am from Asia and long should I wait? Been trying this for weeks already. still got no luck.
