Search in google you may get many answers + with demo youtube videos.
If you've installed Wordpress, go to the admin dashboard > Appearance and install a theme. Afterwards, go to dashboard > Setting and fill in settings, including permalinks for seo. There are useful Wordpress tutorial on Youtube to help you along.

If it's about installing, like others said youtube can help and there are more WP tutorials out there than you can shake your stick at.

Do a search on how to upload and install Wordpress via FTP. You will need an FTP client like FileZilla.
