NEED HELP, my unverified paypal was limited.

Guys i badly need your help, my unveified paypal got limited and now i cant send any payments,. paypal asks me to resolve the following cases,

update my detials, update my security question and the credit card as well.

the problem is I dont have any credit card, is it okay to put on a vcc to lift the limit? btw does adding credit card or vcc will 100% sure lift the limit?paypal said there was an unrecognized login in my account. and it was my fault, i forgot to disconnect the tunneling software im using when i was trying to buy something. that got me the limit.

I am pretty sure the only way to 100% unlock it safely is to add a bank account. I think there are some methods around here to make a bank account tho in a few minutes.

entropay to the rescue

Make a virtual card using entropay and then confirm paypal. Link your bank account or dad's account (u can change first name - i have done it ) It can be done within a week max.

does entropay accepts Philippines? BTW you said of making a vcc to confirm paypal, then link a credit card? what if i will just do either of that options sir?

1. what if i will buy and use a vcc to lift my limit and verify my paypal

2. or what if ill change my first name into my dad's and link his credit card to lift the limit and get verified.

Edit: I think you are habitual of making mistakes.... If not, why did you posted this in the "forum suggestions feedback"?

Be careful man! now when you add a bank account, don't forget to switch off/disconnect your tunneling software. Luck!

That means my paypal will 100% sure of lifting its limit by adding vcc? thanks for your response sir.

BTW, I tried signing up at entropay but I don't know what to put on the "Pay By Card" application since I dont own a credit card, I also tried visiting fakenamegenerator but they dont generate philippines..

If you're from the Philippines, you can also go to any UnionBank branch and open an eOn account.
It's a fully PayPal compatible debit-V1SA savings account.
It's just p350 annually, with no maintaining balance. ($8.34... should be easy with a couple of fiverr gigs or whatnot)

You'll just need a fake ID if you want it not to be named after you.
Get fake ones from Recto (they're EVERYWHERE there, you'd actually be hard-pressed to walk down that road without getting approached by one of the joints).
I recommend a Postal ID, it's the least verifiable with no serial numbers and stuff, but still fully valid.

(The ID would also be useful later, in case you want to withdraw from Liberty Reserve via Western Union)
And the eOn account is VERY useful for withdrawing online funds (PayPal, etc.)
