Need help...my real paypal acc get banned

My real paypal account get banned and i create a second paypal account but it dont allow me to use my credit card as funding source. Paypal request me to use the bank account as funding source. I am from asia and i dont have US bank account. Then i ask someone to transfer some money into my paypal account so that i can use it to make payment but when i try to send money, paypal limited my account.

So now need help to create again a new paypal account so that i can use it because a lot people accept payment by paypal only. Thanks

the only way to verify a paypal account with them is a bank account. Also if you're chinese they put more restrictions on you. paypal is tough and they are assholes.

Can i create again a new paypal account and verified with my credit card? Or can i buy a verified paypal account from someone and add my credit card as funding source and use it? Thanks
