[Need help] - My permalink has problem

Hi guys,

I purchase a website on BHW marketplace. My permalink format is https://mysite.com/sample-post/ and the URLs of the articles appear on the address bar accurately; however, when I copy and paste the links automatically insert "%ef%bb%b".
https://mysite.com/sample-post/ => https://mysite.com/%ef%bb%bsample-post/

Do you guy know how to fix it? I truly appreciate your help. Thanks

change permalink format into Post link

Go to your WordPress dashboard. On the left bar go down and you will see setting, click on setting then click on permalink.
Now, choose Custom Structure and write, "/%postname%/" below click save changes.
Now, you will see your permalink setting has changed to the one you wanted.

I try to change the format but it doesn't work. I read on the internet and they says it is because of uft-8-bom.
I upgrade my WordPress to 5.0.2 and it backs to normal. I have no idea
