I have no experience in building site, but what kind do you recommend?
The niche is kind of hard to choose, because it's a misspelling of a mobile payment app in my country ...but also the name of a large interior brand in neighboring countries...
They've both contacted me trying to claim it, but without success.
As long as I don't create anything without both those niche, they can't claim

That's a bit of a grey area then.
Something that could've been very profitable would be a comparison of that payment app vs another one and using affiliate links but that's out of the question.
I think just making a general site on any niche could be more profitable if you barrage the home page with your own ads. But then again you'll probably have a 99% bounce rate.
Is the parking page set up by yourself or by a registrar?
Using Bodis for parking. i might just keep it parked, because even if a website would be more profit - It's too risky. Both companies are very large ... Might be forced handover to one of them, if I try to capitalize within their niches

Sell it. Tell the mobile payment app that you have a nice offer from the interior brand and vice versa. Throw out a bold number and negotiate from there.
