Need Help Monetizing (112,262 Visits Per Month)

I haven't been on BHW for a few months(been tied up making money) but one of my websites is now ranking on the first page for all of its keywords.

In the last 30 days it has had 112,262 visits. It has been consistently on the first page for 3 months.

I know if I can make some more free time I can take it to the number 1 spot which would probably double or triple the amount of visits.


Anyways, I'm looking for somebody who is king at monetizing. I'm open to all kinds of methods as long as it brings in good $$$.
