[Need help] - MC999 Your eBay account has been suspended

Dear BHW,
I am a new seller ebay account. I have list 5 items on my account. It's doing 3 days ago, but i have get an email from ebay yesterday with content:

Dear ....,

Your account has been suspended because recent account activity has raised security concerns. We've taken this precaution to protect our members and the eBay community.

Due to the suspension, you won't be able to use your eBay account in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account.

Any outstanding selling fees will be due immediately, and any amounts that you haven't previously disputed will be charged to the billing method currently on file.

We appreciate your understanding.

I have use 2 IP to login ebay account (1 at my office, 1 at home)
Name on ebay same paypal and all that true.

Could you guide me how to resolve this issue?

you might want to consider STEALTH. I dont know if Im allowed to post other forums here, so just google "Ebay STEALTH aspkin". You can download the guide they sell, but if you want to contribute, buy it. It REALLY helps. I was in the same spot, now Im running 10+ accounts without issues

I'm planning on going stealth, had a clean account for ages and rang them today regarding an issue and almost got suspended, the guy on the phone was adament he was going to suspend my account and literally asked him to stay on the line and hear me out regarding the account. Eventually he caved in and let me keep it unsuspended. Can't help but think im being watced though! Never ever ever ever ever ring ebay , regardless of how clean you think your account is!
