So you want to start a website outsourcing writing services so you can buy scrap/junk cars to recreate the template of PayPal to drive traffic to your Google AdWords website? You other idea is to fake credit cards or scam people?
Might as well step up the game and tell people about a rich uncle in some distant land dieing and you are a friendly banker that wants to help them.
Go back to the drawing board, get a 9-5 for paying bills and learn how to make a dollar without ripping people off.

Don't take your Username literally. Browse through the sections here,especially money making threads.You plan very well attainable.purchasing a vpn and clicking your own ads and making loads of money is a false concept , i'd say.
