    Hi,

After months of troubles and delays with Loyal Bank, I cancelled my account end of April.
After lots of discussions with customer service and additional information request before closure has been processed, the funds are transferred and account is gone.

However, now my alternative bank has a serious and urgent request for an excerpt of an account statement. They need a screenshot which shows a transaction to a non US bank recipient. Any details, numbers, names can be blacked out, and transfer value does not matter, but bank fee and transfer description is needed.
As some of you may have experienced with Loyal Bank, the support is not willing to cooperate and not sending a copy of my own account statements from former account.
That's why I need to ask another customer, who had at least one of such a transfer and can help me. No private details needed. Expense allowance is no problem.

Is there another fellow in misery with the bank, too, and one who could help for few minutes?

After all, I hope this nightmare after wrong decision by selecting this bank is gone and no more worries with the alternative bank.

    Thank you

What happen with Loyal was terrible, and what happen to all those customers was also very bad. Asking that info is not correct, since banks has ways to find out if the info provided is true or not, meaning it could have legal implication....

This is absolutely not right no bank can refuse you your own information... this can be legally wrong...also how can you use someone else information... I do not think that would be right too...

So what exactly happen with this Loyal Bank? After doing little research I couldn't find that they had any problems.
As Gary2 said, I think that they are legally obliged to provide you with your bank statements, they can't decline you that kind of information. Try to ask them again, but this time you need to say them that they are braking law if they are refusing your bank statements.
