Need help, looking for somone

Hi, I am a newbie, I am looking for someone to hire to help me market my offline business. I have currently created a myspace account and a facebook account. The myspace account has friends already, the facebook doesn't. The business is for a specific county in California, and so that is my target market, I need help converting this into groups, adds, or whatever ever else for that area.
