Need help! Looking for a proxies provider

Hi there.
I'm extracting databases from PaginasAmarillas.es (YellowPages in other countries) with Yello Scraper from TeamOne Studio. I need a large number of proxies (50 or more) to not get blocked from the website. I paid for a few proxy services before, sometimes they're soooo slow, other times they got down and the software stopped working... I just need affordable proxies with minimun time connection (less than 1 second) and fast speed, and they don't get blocked easily (I'll be scraping data 24/7). Anyone know a good proxy service with this features? I would like a trial or a full refund guarantee, I'm not going to waste more money for proxies that don't achieve my purpose. VPN's don't work good with my software, only proxies. I'm from Spain.

Otherwise, I don't know why sometimes even I got blocked with my own IP even if I'm connecting from proxies to the website, anyone know why this happens?

There's a lot of providers in the Marketplace you can check out. You could try messaging one of them and asking if they might have a solution for you, or some experience with anything similar. I've tried a few of them, so I can't speak for all of them, but SSLPrivateProxy has always been 1 that I recommend, and there's another place http://www.proxy-n-vpn.com/ that has similar quality proxies as well.
