Need help logging in as ADMIN in my back-office software

I need someone to help me gain access to administration login of a back-office software (ethical hacking I guess?). I can log in as a viewer but I'm unable to make changes like an administrator/master account. Please pm me for more details - should be an easy job for someone who has experience
