Need help learning keyword difficulty - How would you analyze this keyword?

Keyword = "window blinds and shades"

What difficulty would you rate this keyword? Why?
What tools do you use to rate keyword difficulty?

Thanks for the help - still trying to figure out how to gauge keyword difficulty.

I would rate that keyword as extremely difficult, why because the top 10 sites all have a PR that range from 3-6 and all have thousands of backlinks and thousands of indexed pages.

I used SEO quake and it took me about 6 seconds to come up with that data.

If you go for that keyword good luck!!!
