Need Help (keyword competition)

hello BHW members

i have researched a niche in market samurai and found a good traffic- low competition keyword but the problem is in the SEO Competition section

my question is can i compete for this keyword phrase or not ?

If you ask me, I'd rather stay away from that kind of competition.
Eventhough most of the page seems not well optimized,the competitions Domain age and BLP doesn't seems easy to break on.

Check out Market Samurai's training vids and 30day challenge's video for refference.

Yeah, you might be able to compete with those sites, but that will take time and extra efforts.
