Hello!

I'm have recently ordered a PayPal Debit Card for free so I could transfer my online funds to this debit card so I could actually use the money at public places. Now, I'm 17 years old, and the issue with activating PayPal's debit card is that it requires you to be 18 years of age. I'm not afraid to change my DOB by 1 year while activating the card to "make myself" 18 years old because there is no way the consequences could be that bad. The worst thing I'd presume that could happen is that my funds will be frozen and/or taken away from my account if I violate that term of service.

Pretty much, I really just want to know if there's anything worse that could happen if I do this. Is there any legal action that could be taken against me for using a different date of birth by one year for putting money on a debit card that has my name on it, and money that is just transferred in? I mean, I've had my PayPal account personally for a year, and I only have a non-reloadable card connected to it. I'm not stealing anyone's SSN or anything like that, or stealing anyone's form of identity. Lemme know what you guys think. I don't care if my funds end up getting frozen, I just want to know about any fines/legal action if it could take place. It's not like I'm breaking any laws. But lemme know.

Thanks.
