I have a web site and I need to place an interactive map on one of the pages. Not looking for anything google maps related, I want it to just be an image that I can brand with my logo.
The map just needs to be basic but have locations pinned on it. Lets use ice skating rinks for example. People look at the map go to click on the ice skate icon on that map that indicates where a ice rink is. On roll over I want the icon to change color or transparency, show the title on the ice rink and then link directly to the corresponding page on my website.
Is there a plugin to do this on my wordpress site? Or should I use an image editing/mapping application or program? Not really sure where to go from here but this map is highly important to the value of the site.
