its personally coded by the owner I think , BTW you should hire great HTML coder or something , its a little project it wont cost $$$$ .

Easiest way is something like this:

But yea, wouldn't cost too much if you hired someone.

i thinks there's an option in paypal under merchant services which has a guide on how to integrate buy button to wordpress. it has something to do with copying a paypal buy button code and pasting it in wordpress....
