Need Help Installing Vbulletin

Well, needless to say I honestly have no idea how to go about installing this. After trying for the last hour all I end up with is database errors.

I'm looking for someone to help me (either through walking me through it or doing it yourself) for maybe $25.

It shouldn't take long at all if you know what you're doing.
