I tried implementing the fake referrer script in JohnsonDaniel's thread but couldn't get it to work on my wordpress site. I am looking for someone to install this for me for me and am willing to pay a (reasonable) fee.

Any takers?

Search for CPA-Redirector plugin from this forum and you get it done better and has more functions.
