Need help increasing my youtube adsense

I have no idea what i'm doing.. i have been on youtube 1 year and a half and my adsense is not growing. once it gets converted to google adsense it's always low. can anyone help me increase adsense revenue?

You need to post more content that has a higher RPM. Finance, marketing / make money online, etc.

I don't know what you're posting but if your RPM isn't great, then you need a ridiculous amount of views to make it make money.
