Need Help in Withdrawing from Paypal UK account

Hi,

TO Make Long Story Short it was self made UK paypal Account and it got limited .
Used a Bad Vpn.
After 180+ days i got a email that Fund is eligible for withdrawal

As i am not From Uk ofc i dont have Uk Bank Account .
All info used to make account is fake

Account Got $300+

As i will have to Give out Information Account these are my requirement.
Requirement that i will even bother pming back

1 - Least 6 month old account on BHW
2 - Least 200+ Usefull posts( Not just Bumps) ( I will check your old posted post )
3 - Not a Newbie Account
4 - Do possess Knowledge about Paypal .


Not Sure if i posted in Right section .

Paypal Account isnt attached to Ebay.
All transaction made were personal .

I won't be able to help you withdraw a UK account, but I can try to sell it for for BTC or get the account unlocked and send the funds to another account.

I am pretty sure UK accounts can accept USA banks to withdraw to. Does it only allow you to add a UK account?

Limited account can only withdraw money to Bank account . I think .
Cannot send or Receive . Don't think they will unblock it unless i add a bank account thats why it was locked in first place .
They asked for account and i couldn't supply it

Not sure i haven't opened account for 3 month .
i Thought if i did open it it will log in my ip then if i gave someone else the account paypal will notice Location and Ip change .
So i Best dont log in .

But Still i dont know much about it .
