Need help in the dropshipping arena.

Actually I followed a thread here on BHW about shopify dropshipping. But I had to stop coz I dont have a credit card and shopify accepts only credit card well i talked to them and they said they will consider another payment in the future. So the thing is I dont have much in my bank account like literally just a few bucks. So I cant open my store in wordpress also bcoz in free version i dont get plugins(woocommerce specifically). I tried wix too but the url is shit. I heard about payever.de but dont know they'll accept me or not. I'm from India. So my question is guys can u please suggest me another alternative to shopify or wordpress where I can sell for free trial ofcourse I'll buy some plan after I get profits but I need to sell whilst in the free trial mode. and ofcourse no credit card payment method only. thanks for your advice. I am going to promote my store using my facebook strategies.

Can i join and take payments from customers ? Hipay is one of the free tool, can i join there as well?

You haven't tried.Go to google,search byethost,get an account, follow instructions,in cpanel find softaculous, install wordpress.This is not Wordpress.com, this is self hosted wp and don't tell me you can't install plugins on that.
You can use your own domain for it or use the subdomain they give for free like whatever.byethost.com

You need to contact seller yourself in bhw marketplace(misc section)

Whenever my customer wants to checkout it gives a certificate error warning. what to do about that?

It's customer's date and time set correctly? I don't have such issues, checkout goes to paypal page.I don't have other payment options so i don't know.
What kind of error it says, can you screenshot it, maybe someone else here will know more.
