I want to do some SEO analysis and some social media posting for that I need USA IP. I heard that not every IP is good for that.

Which proxies do I need to buy where can I get them for a cheap price?

you can search proxy6,it is cheap for me i dont lnow if there is anything cheaper ,i tested it and for me it worked
 
the purpose that i used for ,was simple,so i didnt care so much for this,another one is why dont you try to buy digital ocean and generate your own proxies if you can?they have 2 months free trial also,or another one you can search here in the marketplace for proxysellers ,you can ask more info from them
 
Just Google, there are plenty of choices
 
You can't just use any USA IP you'd need residential USA IPs, which you can get through 4G mobile proxies. When you say "cheap price" - what is your budget exactly? For SEO, you cannot compromise with the quality of these proxies and the best quality proxies come for a monthly $110 charge.
