hi i am trying to run cash app ad i have been using new google ad account first i spend little money on video ad for 2 days then i use different card everytime and different landing page link everytime but still its showing circumventing or unfair business policy can anyone help

What do you mean by run "cash app ad"? You mean like a CPA campaign! Also 2 days is not remotly enough to warm up your account to lunch such ads.
