Get a good VA. Post daily but do not spam to make a good posting history. Do consistent verifications. Repeat until the account is fully established (a good amount of followers and verified subreddits). Diversify niche and feed in good quality contents. Do this organically if you want to scrape massive organic upvotes and traffic for the long run. Cheers!

You can hire someone to do it or just post yourself and buy some upvotes to boost the post and reach more users. Don't spam as you will get banned quickly, instead you should post content related to the target subreddits and boost with upvotes for maximum effectiveness.

Yes, but reddit these days also bans for upvote manipulation. So be carefull and dont over do it with upvotes.
