Hello! Who use proxies? I'm new in this sphere. I read many articles about proxy but I don't understand this. Many companies use proxy to protect their networks. People use them to stay anonymous or to deal with anti-bots(for example sneakerheads). But who else? I really broke my head looking for the answer.

To put it simply, proxies are intermediaries between you and a source you're trying to access information from. Proxies are a neat way to be anonymous on the internet. It has many many uses (depends on how creative you can get) but the popular ones as I've seen on BHW are scraping and automation.
