Can someone send me the lowest amount of money in paypal? I give him back. Why i need this? I want to see if i have a problem with paypal cuz one of my clients said that he cant send me money because my Paypal blocked my card or something like that.

What you can do is request money from your email (different from the one you have linked to Paypal) and send them through your credit/debit card...So essencialy you request money from yourself and you send them yourself as well

Maybe the problem is on his end..Could be that paypal doesnt work for his country or he can't send money outside his country..Also check if you have his ip block on your paypal(That's an option i think)
