Need help in META ROBOTS, and Google Indexed Title

hello there.
Recently, i have meet a problem. The detail is below:
I have defined the meta is <meta name="robots" content="all" />

And when i site:mydomain.com in google.

the title in the google search result is not the one that i set up in my website.

it only shows my domain name, not exactly the title i defined.

How many days passed after you set the titles?

If you have changed the titles recently then you have to wait until google index the titles again.
