What do you mean ”are suitable for your product and market”? Are there different accounts for different markets?
 
You should use concealment, this will minimize account death
 
You can target those people but in my opinion you shouldn't, currently fb's target system is no longer effective, you shouldn't target anything and let fb's AI system target its own targets which will be much more effective.

You want to run gambling and football betting products? These are banned products on Facebook. You can make the images and content a little bit different to be able to run these products, but the risk will be very high in terms of having your advertising account locked or your account locked.

yes, any ad can run, basically it depends on how long you have been on the account before you get banned, gambling is a prohibited business, learning some ways to get around the law will make it easier for you
