How do i start quick and quality link building(building high PR backlinks) with brand new domain.

I would begin with article writing. I would use a mix of squidoo, hubpages and ezine articles. There is a lot more info on this site so have a look around and you will know what to do.

I second that - ARTICLES are great for building backlinks

as well as press releases

it takes a little time to write content for both but the backlinks you get from the site you submit them to are usually high PR backlinks which is best for link building

The quickest way to get started with a new sites is social bookmarking! Pm me if you need some help I offer bookmarking services :)

write an article and submit to ezine and make sure that you have your anchor text in it
:)

I agree. Article and directory submissions will do the trick. There are plenty of affordable services out there. About $50 for 300 article submissions w/ one article written 3 different ways.

why not download article post robot and make it for free!?

I usually start by putting a PR out there i.e. blah blah launches.. follow that with a little social bookmarking.. not too much.. then a few articles - I think Ezine is nofollow now so I wouldn't put too much effort into that but dont ignore goarticles and similar. After that I might find a few niche article directories using http://www.linksadmin.net and keep doing the same, switching the order around.

You don't want to build too many links at first.. In general I dont build more than 5-10 a day, especially in a small niche.. you can always grow this later..

Personally I find that Google focuses more on how much new content (i.e. onsite articles) you add rather than how many links you build for the first 3 months or so.

article marketing, video marketing, social bookmarking, blog commenting, forums, the options are endless
