Need help in google adwords coupon....

I have 5 hosting accounts and i want to redeem my Google ad words 100$ coupons, when i try to do that it says u cant get the coupon because this service is only available in U.S, U.K, CANADA. And i m from India i cant get this... but can anyone help me out in this matter, can i get the coupons by proxy or can i get the coupons by Virtual private Server of U.S or Canada....

Simple change your ip by any ipchanger or use proxy to redeem it :)
 
or if you cant use it anymore give it to us we can use it , lol
 
I got the same issue, can adwords coupons are not acceptable in our rigion, can some one help ?
 
Make a new adwords account and change your Ip address tell me if you need to verify your phone when creating your google adwords account
