Need help in google adwords coupon....

i have 5 hosting accounts and i want to redeem my Google ad words 100$ coupons, when i try to do that it says u cant get the coupon because this service is only available in U.S, U.K, CANADA. And i m from India i cant get this... but can anyone help me out in this matter, can i get the coupons by proxy or can i get the coupons by Virtual private Server of U.S or Canada....
