Need Help in Facebook Reels Play Bonus Program

I have pages which have Facebook Reels Play Program invited for 370$ and the issue is i am not able to setup my payout setting for those pages. In country selection,it's by default USA . I have no clue how to proceed with that....just looking for some help who are already working with it....I have seen peoples are working on it but no clues how did they proceed?
