Depending on the type of video you are looking for, you can look at fiverr and possibly use their extra features to load up the video.

Well the way I see it you have three option.

A. Buy your own software and do it yourself.
B. Hire someone reputable you might have already looked into.
C. Find more people in the hire a freelancer section.

Really, that is your only options.

GO get power diorector man ..its good mo hassle one
i also use windows movie maker ..there are lots of features in there if you dig deep
