Need help in choosing SEO services for my niche

So I've managed to reach page 3 on google for my keyword, which is nice. I'd like to rank on page 1 ofcourse but I don't know what to do in order to achieve that. People will say "do backlinks" or whatever, but I don't know how to "do it" and I believe buying services here or other websites is the way to go, correct me if I'm wrong please.

I'm looking for services that are not expensive. Just kind of little things I can purchase for my rankings that will gradually increase ranking over time.

according to google KW planner:
1,000 monthly searches
about 120-130k monthly searches
competition: low

I have a nice website, looks promising and it has all the SEO plugins and tricks I read about here. Also it has the niche keyword in the domain.
I've also created a video for my niche on YT and it's ranked somewhere in page 1. Working on ranking it higher in page 1 as well.
