Need Help in choosing best cloaker for running BH on ad networks Like Exoclick, Traffic Junky, OnClicka, Traffic Factor, ClickAdilla, Traffic Star Adult Content. I want to run Tech Support Campaign on it. Geo- USA
1- Can you help me in choosing the best Ad network for running Tech Support Campaign
2- Which Cloaker will be best ? (using JCI currently).
3- Can we create a new Ad network account and run ads will that give results ? or should i have old account. Because many of them says that you should be having a old and company account to get result on new accounts you will not get any results. Is that True or just a Myth ?

everyone will have they own best , you will need test few before you find your right setup.

I know of an affordable cloaker, but I'm not allowed to share it here.
