I have created micro niche site myself.
Submitted to webmaster tool.
Got some page indexed.

Wondering to do blog commenting myself.

I can spend money to buy any tools. So please guide me what are the tools i have to buy to find blogs related to my niche and how many comment should I post per day naturally?

Thanks

Go for manual outreach and find blogs related to your niche. After that, post your thoughts naturally on the comment section. Place your site links in your comment where it suits naturally. In that way, you can also get links to your site. Make sure that you've outreached the quality and authoritative blogs.

As stevesolo suggested, use blog comments as a starting point to build a good relationship with bloggers in your niche. Leave meaningful comments and ask some relevant questions. 99% of the bloggers would be happy to answer your query right there in comments itself. Once this happens, contact him/her directly and thank him/her for answering and give him something of some value. Asking for links should come at the last. I know you were asking about building clog comments, but if you take the route I just mentioned, you're going to get some quality whitehat links easily.

Do not use any tool for commenting purpose. Though its good to use tools to find out the related blog. I still find scrapebox best for this purpose, use the page which are having a high traffic and good authority. It works in dual mode, link+traffic. Many times, I get more than 200-300 visit to my webpage from a single comment if you do it rightly and at the begining

My suggestion is don’t go for paid tools first try to use more number of free tools then only you can analysis which one is better whether it is paid or free.

Thank you all.

Which tool is best to take list of niche related blogs with metrics?

Only ever do manual comments. The days are long gone where you could use scrapebox and aa blogs to rank anything.

These days you have to do the manual method. Its long lasting and you will avoid pissing off Google

Suggest you to go for dropmylink.com
