Need help in bank responded

I Uploaded Documents for Verification.
Here is what the bank responded to me:

Document Received. Pending Verification.
Proof of Identity (POI): Document accepted / Document not required to be submitted
Proof of Address (POA): Other Language / Cannot be translated
Upload Fresh Documents for Verification.

What does this sentence mean?

"Document not required to be submitted"

Can any one Help please?

Proof of Identity (POI): Document accepted / Document not required to be submitted

In context, it means the POI document has already been submitted and approved, or they don't need one.

Either way, you don't need to send one.
