Need help in Amazon affiliate accounts.

Hi BHW,

I already have Amazon UK affiliate account. I've seen there are some products which is available in UK and not in US or other territory. So can I get my affiliate payment if someone visits from US? or should I create different account for different countries?

Please suggest me as I am new to Amazon.
