like its in the title i just want to create a personal free website ( just want to post articles , videos , mp3 file ... ) i don't know much about that but i want to learn how to do it , so please if someone could show me how that would be splendid .

Use blogger or WordPress. Also you can search on G for 'free website builder'. Lots of them online. Good luck.
