[Need Help] I dont know what to do with traffic generation...?

Hi, i start my website about buzz and news articles, i don't know exactly how drive traffic to my website. i used to spam on Facebook by my account has a security check using photos . Also there's any suggestions about how monetizing ? i use only google adsense and there's no result until now
