Need HELP! I cant login to my Instagram account

Hello, It must have been because I was on my VPN or something and didnt recognize where i was logging in from online. So i went to check my app and it logged me out and it said i needed to reset my pw. 1. I dont have that FB anymore long story, 2. Its my personal aged Instagram so the email i had when i signed up i think yahoo deleted it or deactivated it... Sooo am I screwed or is there anyway i can get it back some how? I would really appreciate any advice, Thank you
