Need help. Hundred phones waiting for work.

Hello BHW community. I have about 100 phones that I used for my methods, the problem is after I used them they just laying around and not working. Any ideas how could I monetize these babies?

A bit about. All phones android 5 and above, couple oldies 4.4. All of them has dedicated VPN IP addresses US only (proxies are better, but for my goals, VPN were more than enough and I didn't figure out how to manage traffic through proxies for the particular app). All of them were used on US territory only, all GPS locations are US (true US locations without mocking). Most of them have facebook accounts installed, tried to make some friends but it wasn't my main goal so approximately 60+ friends each (some 400+ friends). Everything was done manually w/o any bots or automation. Some of them, of course, got blocked. Some have insta account, just account, no high number followers. All phones are without phone numbers.
Any ideas on how to monetize those? Automation probably will make sense. Thanks in advance!

No service, some have sim cards - but without plans. I have one or three phone with service expiring in a couple weeks. Although I can buy service for as low as 15 a month, but I want to be sure it worth it.

Have a nice little snapchat network, you can use to redirect to CPA

If you can get the cost to get service on the phones down, then you can make a decent profit doing PVA
