Hello,

Can somebody help me out. How can another person use my home IP adress ,but he lives in different country ? I have worker who lives in different country and he needs to login to my paypal account ,but I want to not get banned from paypal because of different IP adress. Is there any way e could login to my paypal with same IP as my home IP ?

Thank You

You have to create a proxy server on your PC. Just make sure it will not be an open proxy, because the proxy scrapers out there will get you in no time.

Or if you trust him enough you can setup a team-viewer for him on your PC. Or create an other user so he can connect with Remote Desktop.

Thanks for answer, can you please tell me more abot proxy server ? Is there any risk of using proxy and gettting banned from paypal ?

If your ISP good you should have a unique IP address.
Else you can use good proxy to keep your IP unchanged.
You can buy proxy from $1.

Simply create a Remote Desktop login for his. You may use any of these tools: Windows RDP, GotoMyPc, TeamViewer. These are easier than setting up proxy server if you are behind a modem and a router at home.

I can help you with setting up a Linux Proxy server (i dont have experience with windows). But you must also have access on your router (maybe ISP is blocking proxy ports). Your quick way should be to use RDP/Team-viewer.

With squid for linux you can fake all the headers and make it look just like the request is direct from the IP (you have to remove x-forwarder-for headers etc.)

Microsoft RDP is the best way in my opinion. All you have to do is give him your server IP and create a new username and password for him and he'll be able to log into your PP account through your home IP. It's the easiest way. Don't bother with proxies.

Thank You Guys, You are amazing !

You can also flash your router with Tomato or DD-WRT. Many of the builds include the ability to run Openvpn (client and server). That way you don't have to give access to your computer, or even have it on when your friend wants to connect. He can log onto your router and use your IP.

There are lot of cheap routers that are good enough for this. Make sure to get one with at least 8 megs flash ram. I bought an Asus RT-N12 for this very purpose for about $30
