I found two websites that I like and I want to rip the code to implement in my own Wordpress site. Is there a way to do so? I read there is away but that post was from 2010.

With Wordpress it's more difficult. There are programs that will rip a css/html site, but I don't know of any that do wordpress.

    Real78,

It is fairly easy to copy the basic design of a website once you have all of the documents that are used to render it. If it is a template you are copying, take the source code of the page you are looking at. Then you will want all of the CSS and/or JS files that are being requested on that page. Note that this is a very tedious process. Reverse engineering how someone built a website can be just as time consuming as building one from scratch. It will also help if you are already a decent programmer.

If you have access to dreamweaver, this tutorial talks about how to copy a web page,

    Hope that helps,

    Shawn

Yes, I have CS5 master bundle when I was going to take some web design classes. I think I am going to recreate my personal website as I have access to the back-end. The only thing that sucks is my code is locked and it is a template. If I had access to the dam PHP code it would not cost me much to add the features that I wanted. The company that I purchased it from will not update it any more and they will not release the code.

The reply I got from them was basically build your own then.
