[Need Help] How much this sites worth and where to sell them?

If your site has some history (say 6 months) and nothing is overly dodgy then you can expect to get expect to get around 10-12x monthly revenue for it if you stick it up on Flippa.

Directory-type sites aren't extremely popular but 14k uniques a month is decent and buyers are always looking for passive sites.
