Need help- How much this sites worth and where to sell them?

I have 5 micro niche sites, all of them ranking on the first page in google.
Info about the keywords:
18,100 exact monthly searches, cpc 3.28 $
2,400 exact monthly searches, 5.59$ cpc
2,400 exact monthly search, 5.36 $ cpc
9,900 exact monthly search, 3.08 $ cpc
60,500 exact monthly search, 2.15 $ cpc

So how much do they worth and where to sell them?
I was thinking on flippa, but i never sold there nothing so some help will be much appreciated.

how much $$ are they making and how long have they been making it if anything would be the main things you would have to tell people for them to value the sites i think plus there is other factors

but with those search numbers and on first page already on google they would be a nice investment for someone to get to #1 and monetize if you haven't yet

I talked with him, and he sayd that he get no money income from that websites yet because his adsense accout was banned, but he recive ~ 600-1200 visits/ month.
