Need help how do payment link for meta ads?

I’m trying to understand how Meta invoice payment links work on an eligible Business Manager.

I’ve seen advertisers receive payment links/invoices instead of using standard card payments.

Questions:

• Which type of Meta Business Manager can receive invoice payment links?
• Is this tied to a credit line, monthly invoicing, or a specific payment method?
• What are the eligibility requirements: business verification, spend history, country, account age, or Meta representative approval?
• Is there an official way to request access through Meta support?
• Are payment links available only for certain regions or business entities?

I need it to have discount for spend so please help asap)

From what I've seen, Meta invoicing/credit lines aren't something you can simply enable on any BM. Eligibility seems to depend on things like business verification, spending history, region and Meta's internal approval.

Usually the best route is going through Meta support or your Meta rep and asking about monthly invoicing / credit line eligibility. Some agency setups already have invoicing available, but the requirements can vary quite a bit by business and region.

I am still using a Visa card to make payments.
